Patio cover or pergola. The foundation of the whole setup. Solid roof for full shade, lattice for filtered light, or a combination of both. Most backyards benefit from a solid cover over the main seating area and a lattice pergola over a secondary zone.
Ceiling fans. Essential in Vegas. Even under shade, air movement makes a 15-20°F difference in how hot it feels. We wire fans into the cover during construction — no exposed conduit, no afterthought wiring.
LED lighting. Recessed lights in the cover panels, string lights on the pergola, or both. Lighting turns your patio from a daytime space into an evening hangout. We run all wiring during construction so it’s clean and hidden.
Misting systems. High-pressure misting drops the air temperature by 20-30°F. We install mist lines along the cover perimeter with adjustable nozzles. It uses minimal water and doesn’t get things wet — the mist evaporates before it hits the ground (desert air is good for something).
Additional structures. A lot of customers add a separate pergola over an outdoor kitchen, fire pit area, or hot tub. Having it designed as part of the whole project means everything ties together visually.

Package design. We put together a complete plan — structures, electrical, misting, colors, everything. You see exactly what you’re getting before we start.
Permits. One permit application covers the whole project. We handle Clark County building permits and HOA submittals.
Installation. One crew, start to finish. Structures go up first, then electrical, then misting. Most complete packages take 5-10 days depending on scope. We clean up every day and do a final walkthrough with you at the end.
Materials We Use
Everything is built with Alumawood — the same maintenance-free aluminum system we use on all our projects. It’s the best material for Las Vegas outdoor structures. No rotting, no warping, no repainting. Holds up to UV, wind, rain, and the occasional hailstorm.
Electrical components are outdoor-rated and UL-listed. Misting systems use high-pressure pumps with stainless steel fittings designed for desert water conditions (Vegas water is hard — cheap misting systems clog in a year). We use equipment that lasts.
